Project Overview

Residents were experiencing repeated water leaks across five buildings, causing thousands in repairs. Summit conducted a site review, collected copper pipe samples for lab testing, and provided a detailed condition report with recommendations. We issued a scope of work, ran the RFP process, and managed the full re-pipe project, helping the strata move past conflicting contractor advice and take decisive action.
