Project Overview

The building had polybutylene piping installed, which was no longer supported by the insurance provider and required urgent replacement. Summit Building Consultants provided the scope of work, issued the RFP, and managed the project. Environmental assessments were coordinated due to the building’s age, and proactive leak risk mitigation was put in place by prioritizing the most vulnerable piping sections.
